We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you received your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage to the product, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the replacement separately.
30-Day Return Period in the EU
Subject to the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide any justification. As mentioned above, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and add it to your account.
